What level of experience do I need to join JetFit? 

We welcome clients of all experience levels. You don't need any prior exercise experience to join us.

How can I be sure I'm doing the exercises correctly? 

Our app provides demonstration videos for each exercise, and you can also film yourself performing the exercise and send it via the app for feedback on your technique.

What if I don't have a gym membership? 

You have the option to train in a gym or at home, as per your preference.

What if I don't have any equipment at home and I want to do home workouts? 

If you don't have any equipment at home, we can customize your program to include bodyweight exercises or using household items. Alternatively, we can send you a list of cheap, basic pieces of equipment for you to purchase.

How do I sign up? 

You can visit our plans and pricing page and choose whether you want to pay weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

Why is there a 12-week minimum sign-up period?

At JetFit, we require a 12-week minimum sign-up to ensure you get the full benefits of our service and see real results. Once you see the positive impact of 12 weeks of full commitment to your health and exercise, we guarantee you'll want to continue your health journey with us.

Where are you based? 

We are based in Masterton, New Zealand, but we cater to clients all across the country, and we even have some clients using our training program from overseas.
